We started July’s bootcamp off with a bunch of new faces!  It was a good week of foundational movements and we’ll be picking up the pace next week!

Location: CrossFit Champions Training Facility

Where: 12034 Spring Cypress Rd., Tomball TX 77377

When: Monday-Wednesday-Friday, 5:00-5:50 a.m.

and Monday-Wednesday-Friday, 6:00-6:50 a.m.

Duration: 4 weeks, June 2 through June 27.

Cost: $150 (normal), $120 (MIL/LEO/First Responder), $135 (Full-time student)

Registration: Participants must register and pay prior to the beginning of the Bootcamp.

You can purchase this 3-day/week Bootcamp at the CrossFit Champions Store (5:00 a.m. bootcamp) (6:00 a.m. bootcamp).

If you do not wish  to pay by Paypal/credit card, Contact Us and you can arrange to pay by cash.

Once you have paid, we will email you a registration form to be filled out and emailed back to us, or brought with you to the first session of your Bootcamp.

Due to lack of enrollment, the Jenkins Elementary CFC Bootcamp is being cancelled.

Where: Jenkins Elementary on Reynaldo Dr. in Spring TX.

When: Monday-Wednesday-Friday, 5:30-6:30 a.m.

Duration: 4 weeks, February 4, 2008 - February 29, 2008.

Cost: $180 (normal), $144 (MIL/LEO/First Responder), $162 (Full-time student)

Registration: Participants must register and pay prior to the beginning of the Bootcamp.

We have had a number of request for new locations and times for our fitness bootcamps.  We are in the process of putting together new locations and times in various parts of the Houston area.

Meyer Park morning CFC Bootcamp, Spring TX

Where: Meyer Park on Cypresswood drive in Spring TX.  Meet on the north side, by the covered pavilion on the east side of the parking lot.

When: Monday-Wednesday-Friday, 6:15-7:15 a.m.

Duration: 4 weeks, November 26, 2007 - December 21, 2007.

Cost: $180 (normal), $144 (MIL/LEO/First Responder), $162 (Full-time student)
