Killer. Need work on this I see. About 25:00 for the first half of this one (20-1…11-10). Second half might have been easier (with 3/4 of the DLs out of the way), but I called uncle. bwt 175#. DL w/ 95#. Back should feel good and tight tomorrow. Good one!

Jeez, Jeff. Why did you go more than 1/2 bw?

I figured it was the easiest with by bar and bumpers. I don’t have the rubber floor mats, and the 25# bumbers are much more stable to land on than the 10# rubbers and iron after that. (I guess a 35# bar would have come in handy here.) It was only 10# over Rx, so I don’t want to use that as an excuse. I plan on doing the second half in the morning, (55 DLs and 155 PUs). I know Angie asks for 100 of 4 different exercises, and I get in 10+ rounds on Cindy, but 155 sure does sound like a lot of PUs. Good thing I didn’t do the math before I started this workout. 210 DLs and PUs is a helluva workout. I also considered doing the PUs on rings, or switching the PUs to ring dips. Something to shoot for. Get some, rinse, repeat!

Yes, 210 is a lot of push-ups and deadlifts, that’s why the weight was set where it was.
Jeff, as indicated on the front page of the site, these workouts are designed for advanced athletes and we strongly encourage people following the site to scale their workouts accordingly.
